杭州中交财富中心写字楼样板房这个项目是一个展示销售的办公样板间，考虑它的前瞻性，销售的灵活性，以及未来的办公趋势。我们提出空间需要具备无限的概念，可以满足各种不同的办公空间需求，所以在空间中我们尽量去做减法的设计，以软装，艺术画，艺术装置，企业VI的变换，来实现空间的表情变化，如此因为每家公司不同文化的蝶变使空间产生无限的维变。 This project is an office model room for real estate display and sales，considering its foresight, sales flexibility and future office trends. We propose that space needs to have an infinite concept to meet various office space requirements, so we try our best to do subtractive design in space to realize the expression change of space through the transformation of soft clothes, artistic paintings, artistic devices and enterprise VI, so that the space has infinite dimensional change due to the butterfly change of different cultures of each company. 空间里我们希望它能是一种自呼吸的具有生命力的体现，所以我们设置了三处与自然环境交互的主体空间，让人，光，影，肌理，沿着自然的轨迹流动于空间里。 In space, we hope that it can be a kind of self-breathing vitality, so we set up three main spaces that interact with the natural environment, let people, light, shadow, texture, flow along the natural trajectory in space. 主体空间一：为了让空间足够透气，前场的接待区，头脑风暴区，电话间用一整面的绿植墙联系成一体，在空间的夹角处让光，影，自然映射在墙顶地，像呼吸一般的具有生命力。 Main space 1: in order to make the space breathable enough, the front reception area, the brainstorming area and the telephone room are connected into a whole by a whole green wall. at the included angle of the space, the light, shadow and natural mapping are on the top of the wall and have vitality like breathing. 主体空间二：利用全通透的会议室作为茶室与敞开办公区的隔断空间，同时在茶室的周围以植物来隔断会议室与茶室的私密性。既封闭又开放，既现代又有趣味，空间灵活多变，功能多样，环保是未来办公空间的趋势。 Main space 2: fully transparent conference room is used as the partition space between the tea room and the open office area, and plants are used around the tea room to partition the privacy of the conference room and the tea room. Environmental protection is the trend of office space in the future. 主体空间三：我们希望把室外与室内的界限模糊，所以让室内材料沿伸致外露台，营造出露台的灰空间出来。借由露台的绿植将写字楼的都市感隔离减弱，自有一方小天地。 Main Space 3: We hope to blur the boundary between outdoor and indoor, so let the indoor materials stretch out to the outer terrace and create the grey space of the terrace.
